1. Do not turn off the gas and electricity supplies. They should remain open. Do not close the boiler during the night. Choose a minimum temperature between 16 and 17oC. Check the system pressure and add water if necessary.

2. In the evening and morning hours, leave a faucet running at a very low but continuous flow of hot water. This way we will reduce the possibility of the hot water network freezing if the outside temperature is well below zero.

3. On all boiler models that have the COMFORT function, activate it.

4. In case the water pipes freeze, do not attempt to fill the water system.

5. If the gas boiler is of condensing technology, ensure that the condensate removal pipe is positioned vertically and the lower end is not blocked.
