Manolis Simos was born and raised in Larissa and is a graduate of the School of Information Technology.

His professional career began in the family business, while also working in catering businesses.

At a young age, he joined the workforce of Praktiker Hellas, where he gained extensive experience in the field of commerce and customer service. Developing his skills and knowledge, he reached the level of Deputy Manager of the Larissa Branch.

His participation at the administrative level of Praktiker Hellas enriched his knowledge in the areas of Sales, Human Resources and Management.
