Chocolate belongs to the list of the most popular foods that keep our mental state in good shape, which is absolutely necessary during the exam period. Especially dark chocolate and cocoa are considered extremely beneficial for enhancing learning ability, as they are rich in flavonoids, caffeine and antioxidants, which are a natural protective shield for our mental empowerment. Also, researchers believe that the components of dark chocolate also have a positive effect on psychology, as they contribute to maintaining serotonin, also known as the hormone of happiness, at high levels.
